Description
The 2SD300C17A2 is a high-voltage, high-current dual diode module designed for robust and efficient rectification in demanding industrial power supplies. It integrates two independent diodes within a compact, isolated package, each rated for a high repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1700V and an average forward current of 300A. The diodes feature a low forward voltage drop (Vf) to maximize efficiency and are engineered with fast soft recovery characteristics to minimize switching losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI). Its excellent surge current capability and high electrical isolation ensure reliable operation in high-power, high-stress environments.
